Rebar, formwork and scaffold checks before every pour; sampling, laboratory follow-up and recorded inspections.
A concrete pour cannot be undone, so before every pour we check rebar spacing, cover, formwork and scaffolding on site and record it.
We sample fresh concrete and follow the lab results; welds, bolts and pressure tests are in the plan too.
